I used to do a lot of weightlifting When I was younger but haven’t done anything for a long time, I wasn’t confident going to the gym on my own As I’ve not been in one for over 15 years so I booked a Bulk session with Michael which was the best Thing I did as he showed me so many ways to lift weights and enjoy it I could see and feel a difference within the first six weeks , I’m now confident to go into a gym and train ,but I will still be coming to see Michael twice a week at least As I’ve benefited so much.

I got recommended to Michael from a friend at work, i used to do a lot of running and a little bit of stuff in the gym but didn’t really know what I was doing ? I got an injury in my hip and didn’t want to do anything to make it worse so I left it for over 12 months , I booked in to see michael and he sorted my hip out in two sessions of Sports massage Then booked on for some PT sessions in the gym I am now 10 sessions in and feeling loads better in myself and confident to start running again He’s very knowledgeable and helpful at what he does and I will carry on seeing him as much as I can , has he is a right taskmaster and I can’t seem to push myself as much as he pushes me.

I’d been recommended to Michael after hearing of his past sporting achievements. I’ve been a competitive cyclist nationally and internationally for just over 30 years and my usual choice of training was CrossFit. After watching a video of my sport Michael knew specifically how I needed to be coached. 2 PT sessions per week soon dropped almost a stone in body fat plus with the knowledge of what Michael has, my strength and fitness has come on far more rapidly than my usual training methods, even popping in some personal weightlifting bests. Another point to add is in the 4 months with Michael I’ve stayed completely injury free which I’ve been constantly plagued with throughout my years training for competition..
