SPORTS MASSAGE
A. Sports and Remedial massage is applied with your goals in mind, meaning we look at what you need and then apply the relevant technique(s) to help you reach your goals. These techniques vary from: finding muscle imbalances which may be the cause of your current issue and offering remedial exercises to correct them; questions about your sports equipment or mechanism of injury; along with treating the tissues which are crying out for attention. Your goals may vary depending on whether you are carrying an injury or are just needing to bring your legs back to life for your next training session.
A. We use towels during the treatment and would require that you keep your underwear on, however if you feel more comfortable, you can bring a pair of shorts. Stretchy underwear is best, especially if we are treating legs.

Literally everyone can benefit from a personal trainer, whether they are a complete beginner needing advice in order to exercise correctly and get help with nutrition, a regular exerciser needing professional knowledge to improve the effectiveness of their training to an athlete wanting to fine tune their movements, strength and conditioning to achieve a better performance.
Yes you would need to do more exercise in addition to seeing your Personal Trainer. One session a week without doing any extra work yourself will get minimal results. If you want big results then you have to put in the work yourself, however we are on hand to give advice for the best way to achieve the results. Additional training Programs are designed free of charge or we can discuss other ways how you can integrate more exercise into your routine.
The only guarantee you have is the amount of commitment you give yourself. You should look on a Personal Trainer as a tool shop and you as the builder. I will give you the tools and then it’s up to you to do the job. I am here to give you advice, training, knowledge, motivation and programs to help you reach your goals. You need to be motivated, committed and willing to follow the advice given.
If you need to cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your session starts you will be charged full price for the missed session.
